Bucs Former Head Coach, Greg Schiano, currently the Ohio State Buckeyes Defensive Assistant Coach was driving to campus when he struck a bicyclist with his car. The cyclist was a student on his way to class in Columbus, Ohio. The incident happened just off campus this morning.

Unfortunately accidents involving cyclists are all to common in the Tampa Bay area. Depending on the speed of the vehicle, these types of accidents often times can leave a person with crippling injuries because of a lack of protection. When riding your bike always wear your helmet, look for cars, and follow the rules of the road.
