Orlando has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from International University in Miami, Florida, and Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007, to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida in 2015, and to the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida in 2016.
