Attorney Thomas B. DeMinico brings more than fifteen years of successful legal experience in Florida to the Dennis Hernandez law firm. He has handled all aspects of hundreds of plaintiff personal injury cases for large national and Florida-based personal injury law firms. He has also supervised all aspects of cases for a Florida defense litigation firm and served as Assistant Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit. Most recently, he has focused on premise liability causes of action including trial, arbitration, mediation, dispositive motions, and settlement negotiations.

A graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, where he was Treasurer of the Justinian Forum and assisted the Director of the Alumni Association, Thomas was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 2008 and to the United States Federal Court, Middle District of Florida in 2016.
