Vincent R. Milione II is a dedicated plaintiff personal injury trial lawyer with a strong background in both civil tort and municipal law. Born and raised in Central Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida before attending Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Graduating at the top of his class, Vincent received numerous book awards, served as a Dean’s Study Fellow, and was the Managing Editor of the Law Review. During his 2L year, his Law Review article on student loans and bankruptcy was selected for publication.
Vincent began his legal career at a prominent civil defense firm, where he represented several Fortune 100 companies and multiple local municipal and sovereign entities. After nearly four years in defense litigation, he transitioned to public service as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Key West. Now, as he finishes his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Stetson University School of Law, Vincent has returned to Central Florida to focus exclusively on representing the injured. With a deep understanding of both sides of litigation, he leverages his diverse legal background to fight for the rights of the injured and ensure they receive the justice they deserve.
