Good Luck to Rachel Barcellona
Good luck to our friend Rachel Barcellona as she competes this month for Miss Florida! She is the pageant’s first contestant with autism. We had the chance to meet Rachel at Gasparilla 2018 as one of our honored guests on our special-needs children’s float. Dennis Hernandez, a father of a child with Down syndrome, saw an opportunity to provide special-needs children with an experience they wouldn’t otherwise have. Dennis Hernandez & Associates invited Tampa children with disabilities to join them on their float for a day of pirate fun.

97x BBQ Music and Arts Festival
It was great to see everyone out at the 97x BBQ Music and Arts Festival! We spent the day at Coachman Park in Clearwater listening to some great bands and showing the community how we fight to get you paid! Hopefully you were able to stop by our booth to get some free Denis Hernandez merchandize and grab some “I Met Dennis” stickers to enter for a change to get in the Money Machine.
Cinco de Mayo: Salsa at the Sponge Docks
Happy Cinco de Mayo! We celebrated with Salsa at the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs. It was a celebration filled with music, dancing, good food and great people.

De Soto Grand Parade
Beads, beads and more beads! This was our first year participating in the De Soto Grand Parade in Sarasota. We came out with our pirate ship float, our ambulance and of course tons of beads. There were so many people who came out, and we loved the chance to engage with the Sarasota community.
St. Petersburg Festival of Speed
It’s our favorite event of the year! The Festivals of Speed came to Vinoy Park for an amazing car show. We brought our Dennis Hernandez Lamborghini and last year’s winner of Best in Show, our ’67 Mustang Fastback “Mufasa.”
Cuban Sandwich Festival
We were back at the Cuban Sandwich Festival! We spent the weekend giving out Dennis Hernandez merchandise and eating some amazing sandwiches. Dennis, a fifth generation Cuban-American, was one of the judges of last year’s Cuban sandwich contest.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We were in Ybor City for the annual St. Patrick’s parade. Our team of attorneys and paralegals came out to throw beads and wish you a happy holiday.
Gasparilla Knight Parade
Ye ole krewe of Dennis Hernandez & Associates sailed into the Gasparilla Knight Parade in Ybor City. We came out with our pirate ship float, our ambulance and tons of beads. We hope you were there for a night of fun and lights!
